Tools & Accessories advised

1: 2x Set of Steps Advised (Not supplied)

2: Manual positive drive screwdriver (Not supplied)

3: Electric positive drive screwdriver (Not supplied)

4: Electric Drill Advised (Not supplied) May not be necessary depending on         what is behind your wall)

5: Wall plugs (Advised / not supplied) (May not be necessary depending on     what is behind your walls)

5: Perfect Fit frame mounting screws (Supplied)

Open your packaging and begin to assemble the perfect fit frame.

Once your frame is assembled make sure you tighten down the small brass screws attached to the corner sections. These hold the sections in place.

Offer your frame up into the recess at the height which you are wanting to install the blind to make sure it fits nicely into your recess.

You will notice the frames are already pre-drilled and routed, these holes are your mounting points for the frame installation. Use the Supplied brass screws and fix the frame into position.

Depending on what is behind your walls (Wood, Aluminium or Hollow cavity etc) You may need to use wall plugs or steel drill bits in order to mount the frame securely.

Supplied Frame Mounting Screws

Now you have the frame installed, you can concentrate on installing the blind.

The blind will already be attached to one end of the perfect fit frame, remove all the elastic bands from the nylon and cord but leave the paper attached.

Loosen the tension screws slightly so you can pull the end rail all the way across to the other end of the frame where you can now clip it into the pre-installed brackets. You can now remove the paper seal. Once this is completed you can add the tension to the nylon and cord.

The nylon guide wires need to be tensioned in order for the fabric not to sag and the cord tension is required to allow the blind to remain in any position you decide to place it. If it is too slack it will not hold it’s place.

Pull the nylon and cord through from the adjustment screw and use your other hand to feed the nylon towards the blind.

once the desired tension has been reached use a manual positive screwdriver and lightly tighten the adjustment screw. Be careful not to over tighten the screw as this may snap the nylon. Repeat this if you have more than one nylon adjustment screw.

Same again for the cord, slacken the adjustment screw, the cord can now be pulled trough and tension applied.

When your happy with how the blind looks and operates correctly we advise that you tie a small knot in the nylon and cord at the end point of the adjustment screw and cut off any excess nylon / cord

Installation is completed
